Both my wife and I are full time mortgage professionals.  Mortgage lending is all that we do.  We do not "do" loans part time or in conjunction with another job.  This benefits our clients greatly because we monitor rates daily.   We have a pulse on the movement of rates and can help our clients lock in the lowest rates.   Rates can change an 1/8 to a 1/4 point from the previous day (or sometimes within the same day).   This may not sound a lot, but over the life of each loan, this can save our clients hundreds to thousands of dollars! 

Being full time mortgage professionals also help our clients because we have a natural incentive to give our clients the lowest rate possible and highest level of service.  That's the only way that we will be able to build long term relationships.   We've built our business on referrals and repeat customers by providing the right mortgage program and excellent service.
